One of all the broadened general tasks you are training on is the recruitment. It turned out to be the most efficient and fastest way to make commissions if you are willing to.

Find below the detailed process of the recruitment

Create a Gmail account and a Facebook one. (It will be your canal of communication with the potential interns you will get in touch with).
On Facebook, join as much as groups as you can so that you have the opportunity to reach more people. You can also create accounts on different recruitment’s platforms/websites to post the advertisements in there.
Create your ad. Find below a sample of advertisment text.You can create your own content as well: make attractive flyers, small videos with photos taken in the city and testimonies from other interns (tools and tutorials on photo/video editing here. Make sure you refer to your email (the Gmail account you have created in 1.) as the one to send an application to for the internship.
Once you start receiving applications from candidates, reply to them 48 hours later with this acceptance email.

Please change the price of the training fee, the price depends in the nationality of the interns.

The training fee has been reviewed to 290 euros
now. For non-EU citizens that need a visa it is 350 euros since we provide a support in visa application.

Always attach these 2 files to the acceptance e-mail before sending it.
After they get back to you positively you can process with the agreements’ signature by sending it to info@dpointgroup.com. (Fill the agreement in with the all necessary information before sending it for signature).
Once all the parties have signed and the candidate has paid the fee you can claim your commission of 50 euros/ intern recruited. Find here more information. The commission is paid through PayPal after 30days of processing with all the verification that you need to provide. (The verification consists in forwarding to report@dpointgroup.com all your conversation with the intern recruited).

In general, we are accepting students all the year,because we need people that speak different languages and help us with all the missions (promotion of company, tasks of all departments...). So, to make the recruitment more efficient, we can accept students and recent graduates that can ask an internship agreement to their university. Knowing this, you can accept people with those conditions 72h after their apply by sending them the acceptance email/internship conditions with the two attachments (you can download it and copy/paste)

Reminder: When creating the Gmail and Fb accounts, use real names but not necessarily “yours”! Because, at the end of the internship, you will have to hand them in to us and we will keep using them to continue the work you have started.
Especially for the Fb account do not use Dpointgroup or anything Dp-related as username.

How to reply to applicants request

If the applicant ask an invitation or acceptance letter ask him the following details and complete the letter (download word document "invitation letter" below) and send it in an email to info@dprealestate.org and mention the applicant email in order to send him the letter signed with CC to you

We need the following information for filling the invitation/acceptance letter:

-your full name

-your ID

-passport number

-university name

-date of start and end of the internship

-at which department you will have the internship.
